- How long before I receive my order?
- Orders are shipped daily and have an average delivery of 3-4 business days.
- What is the average time to receive a custom order?
- The average lead time is 1-6 weeks depending on the item ordered.
- Do you offer gift certificates?
- Yes! We offer gift certificates in any custom amount you choose.
- Do you offer gift wrapping for special occasions?
- Yes! Please send us a message before you place your order so we can accommodate any customizations before your order enters the shipping departments system.
- I live outside of the US. Can you ship to me?
- Yes we can. We ship all over the world.
- Im not sure of the fitment of an item, do you have example photos or can I see the items in person?
- You can send us a message to book an appointment for a consultation via FaceTime or WhatsApp.
- What is your return policy?
- All items, except for clearance items can be returned for a store credit. We do not refund any original shipping or handling charges. Credits must be used within 90 days for the full amount of the credit. Your replacement order will be shipped free of charge. Any items purchased with a store credit are considered **FINAL SALE**
